Prior to finding his home in the real estate industry, Tim founded Corporate Fitness Project, an al-a-carte fitness service for start-up companies headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
Tim is a marketing enthusiast and finds joy in successfully implementing new techniques and systems. He is dedicated to finding innovative ways to get properties in front of the people and making them fall in love with it. In his down time, Tim enjoys Warriors basketball, 49er football, snowboarding in Tahoe and anything that gets him outside and moving.
