Because the Bay Area offers such a unique and niche market, John’s deep understanding of pricing strategy, neighborhoods, schools, microclimates and even restaurants or local sports teams, serves as an advantage to his clients.
While obtaining his Bachelors degree in Advertising at Notre Dame de Namur University, John began earning his stripes in the Real Estate industry managing a large portfolio of Multi-Family and Single Family homes. Over the years, John has developed a passion and fire for Residential Real Estate that has propelled him to become one of the most dynamic Realtors on the Peninsula and a member of the Top Agent Network, a prestigious group of the top 10% of Realtors in the Bay Area.
John is committed to giving back to the community that has given him so much, that is the Peninsula. John is an active member of many volunteer groups as well as Founder of a the largest youth basketball league in San Mateo County. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, playing competitive tennis and basketball and coaching basketball.
