Clarence Madrilejos, a REALTOR® with the Oldham Group at COMPASS, is committed to making a difference in the community and for his clients. As a second-generation Californian, Clarence has spent most of his life in Silicon Valley, gaining a thorough understanding of the region's different neighborhoods, towns, and communities

With his creativity and resourcefulness, Clarence has earned the trust and loyalty of his clients. He graduated from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, and spent eight years as a community organizer before deciding to pursue a career in real estate.

From 2013 to June 2016, he served as Chairperson of the City of San Jose's Human Services Commission.

Outside working with his clients, Clarence enjoys spending time testing out his cooking skills, trying out new local restaurants, exploring the hiking trails surrounding Silicon Valley, and evening trying to be better at playing pickleball.

Now, as a REALTOR® with Oldham Group at COMPASS, Clarence brings experience and proven leadership skills to help his clients achieve their real estate goals. Whether you're buying or selling a property in Silicon Valley, Clarence is committed to providing exceptional service and helping you achieve your real estate objectives.
